OECD - Schools Circle (UX Research)
The OECD Schools Cirlce project focuses on improving educational experiences by creating a platform that meets the needs of students, teachers, and administrators. I worked on gathering insights through interviews, setting goals, and understanding what users value. I created profiles to represent users, studied competitors to find gaps, and came up with ideas for useful features. I also ensured the design would be both practical and enjoyable to use. Finally, I planned the next steps to move the project toward completion. – Design can be presented on meeting

Problem: Many of the EdTech tools are featured in different places: platforms, databases, catalogues, and portfolios, yet it’s still hard for EdTech decision-makers to discover and understand which are the safest, most effective, scalable and accessible solutions, particularly suitable for the Global South. New MVP Customisation (Product Discovery)

The project focuses on integrating operations and enhancing productivity for Flowace in for the clinet Birla Soft. The Goal is to aims to integrate key business processes such as travel management, expense tracking, and leave management, & seamless attendance and employee management
PLG Onboarding Strategy (Design Strategy)

Initiated and Introduced a PLG onboarding process of free trial platform. Designed based on product leg growth strategies, with asking questionnaire that will configure the platform based on users preferred features and use cases. –

Revamped complete end to end selling and buying of Drive X consumer facing product.
Designed a seamless workflow for selling of a used vehicle in 3 – 4 steps with AI designed User Interface, that reduced a users pain point of taking picture of a vehicle. Boosting customer satisfaction with the intutive user interface ensuring business goals aligned with user needs

CMC is a Data extraction module. where i worked as a UX and Interaction designer to get the data extracted and create a millions of transactions without users effort. the core goal is to reduce the time spend of entering millions of data that is in the form of PDF.
Seamless Data collection and Transaction (2021)
I worked as a UX Designer for building a product for one of the fashion brands name Decathlon. My role is to simplify the user interface and experience of the users who are going to use the product.
Interaction Design
I’ve worked on Interaction Design for project to improve the User Interaction and systems feedback provided to the end user. The Goal is to provide seamless experience for the users to use the platform with micro interactions Like, Hover actions, Navigations, Scroll bars, Handling Toasters messages and error throwing methods
Design System (2020)
Building a design system is a goal for me as well as the company’s goal to bring product consistency across the platform. I’ve worked with the Maniola Branding Design agency to Recreate Logo Brand Guidelines and rethink product UX from Scratch.
As a UX Designer I work with PM’s, understand their supply chain and help them achieve traceability and sustainability goals to introduce TrusTrace’s Corrective Action Tool that enables fashion brands to track the environmental impacts in their supply chain
